Description

Blended with 200mg of CBD Isolate, our CBD Muscle Salve is designed to nourish your skin whilst deeply penetrating the target area to help alleviate sore muscles and painful joints.

Made with a blend of Coconut Oil and Shea Butter which is perfect for massaging into your skin, it has a fresh minty fragrance and the added benefit of Rosemary Oil.

A light and non-greasy balm, it will leave your skin feeling smooth and deeply moisturised, whilst the active ingredients will penetrate the source of your pain.

What is a CBD Muscle Salve?

Unlike CBD Oil, a CBD Muscle Salve is applied directly to your skin. It is most commonly used to try and help alleviate muscle aches and joint pain. In addition, you may find that a CBD muscle salve is mixed with other natural ingredients such as rosemary oil, camphor oil or eucalyptus oil, which can enhance the soothing effects of the balm.

Designed to be massaged directly onto the skin, it’s excellent for applying on specific parts of your body where you’re feeling joint pain or muscle soreness.

To achieve the most benefit from our CBD Isolate Muscle Salve, we recommend that it is applied liberally and used regularly.

What is CBD Isolate?

CBD Isolate is the purest form of cannabidiol extracted from the plant.

Unlike Full or Broad Spectrum CBD Oil, it contains only CBD. Therefore, no THC or any of the terpenes or essential oils contained in the plant will be present.

Are Coconut Oil and Shea Butter good for the skin?

When it comes to moisturising your skin, Coconut Oil and Shea Butter make a powerful combination.

Coconut Oil is excellent at sealing moisture inside your skin and is well known for its antimicrobial properties. In addition, it’s packed full of antioxidants to help fight against free radicals in your system and help improve dry skin conditions such as eczema.

Derived from the seed of the shea tree, Shea Butter has deep moisturising properties. It can help treat abrasions and wounds and has been found to have an anti-inflammatory effect which is perfect for calming irritated skins and helping to soothe aching muscles.

What are the benefits of Rosemary Oil?

With its pleasant, woody aroma, rosemary is one of the most widely used aromatic medicinal plants globally. It has long been used in traditional medicine and is believed to have many potential health benefits.

Believed to be a mild pain reliever, rosemary is considered to boost circulation and is thought to reduce tissue inflammation, leading to swelling, pain, and stiffness.

The herb is also thought to provide natural relief from stress and anxiety and help relieve mental strain and fatigue.

What is Jojoba Oil?

Jojoba Oil is most commonly used as a carrier oil for other essential oils due to its mildness. However, it’s also known to have its health benefits.

Packed full of Vitamin E, which is excellent for the skin, it’s readily absorbed and won’t leave an oily residue. Jojoba is ideal for soothing dry skin conditions, too, with its moisturising and antibacterial properties.

How often should I use the balm for maximum benefits?

CBD should ideally be used on a regular basis for you to gain maximal benefits. We suggest using the balms and salves daily.

Can you use the balms on your face?

The muscle salves and balms are designed to moisturise the skin and provide assistance to target areas of concern. Some of our customers do use our muscle balms and salves on the face however before proceeding we would suggest to do a patch test to ensure it does not irritate sensitive skin. Additionally, we would also suggest avoiding placing the products on or around the eyes.

Are the balms suitable for animals and under 18’s?

Within the UK guidelines CBD is for adult consumption and is currently not on sale for use on animals or under 18’s.

Can you use the balms alongside other CBD products?

All of our CBD products can be used alongside one another if required. The balms are a great subtle product to use on its own or as an additional top up.
