Frequently asked questions

If you are new to CBD we would suggest starting with 1 patch and giving the CBD up to 8 weeks to build up and have an impact. After 8 weeks if you feel like the patches have not benefited you then you have the capability to increase and use 1 ½ patches. It is up to everyone’s individual preference whether you would like to cut the patches in half and trial the half doses.

If necessary you can use more than 1 patch at a time. When deciding to increase we would strongly advise to double check your current intake of CBD to ensure you do not exceed any more than 70mg of CBD within your daily routine.

The CBD is absorbed through the skin directly into the bloodstream for an effective method of taking CBD.

We would suggest consulting with a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have a serious medical condition or you use prescription medication. When using the patches you do not need to leave a gap in between using the patches and taking medication.

On average CBD can take up to 6-8 weeks of consistent, daily use to build up your endocannabinoid system for you to feel maximum benefits. We would suggest using up the pack of patches before deciding whether you need to make some changes to your daily CBD intake.
