What’s the best time of day to take CBD oil?

What does Full Spectrum CBD oil contain?

Full Spectrum CBD contains much more of the natural compounds of the cannabis plant. You can expect to find:

Cannabinoids

Do Full Spectrum CBD oils produce the ‘entourage effect’?

You might hear something called the ‘entourage effect’ being discussed when talking about Full and Broad Spectrum CBD products.

This is something that happens when different cannabinoids in a CBD oil work together in synergy. Because Full and Broad Spectrum oils contain more of the hemp plant’s natural cannabinoids, it is believed that these kinds of oils can produce a more beneficial effect.

How to Use

"Start low and slowly grow" is the key to starting your CBD journey. This will allow you to slowly build up your endocannabinoid system and fully realise your sweet spot. Your endocannabinoid system works on a bell curve and if you take too much at once then you can go over the curve and overload which could result in having the opposite effect of what you're hoping to achieve.

How long will the bottles 10ml and 30ml last?

The duration of the bottles will vary depending on individual usage and frequency. The bottle volume would be affected for example by how many drops you take within your daily dosage. On average a 10ml bottle has approximately 200 drops, in comparison to the 30ml bottle which has approximately 600 drops.

Can the oils be used directly on the skin and not orally?
